Eye Mask
Cool Instructions:
-Place eye mask in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour, or freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.
-When it’s ready to use, be sure to check that the beads are pliable not frozen.
-Fit the eye mask comfortably around the head, placing the therapeutic gel portion over the eyes. Adjust as required for best fit.

Heat Instructions:
-Place in clean carousel microwave. Microwave for 10-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat.

*For carousel microwave use only. Do not overheat to avoid risk of fire. Do not boil pack. Take care when removing from microwave oven as it could be hot after heating. Allow to cool before reheating.

*Spa socks are designed for indoor, short term wear only and should not be used for outdoor purposes. Do not wear spa socks if you have a skin condition such as eczema.

Care Instructions:
Gently hand wash in cold water. Line dry in shade. Do not machine, bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Replace after 40 uses.
